This vessel is ready to sail open Ocean
This boat is a real Ocean Runner, I have sailed from one continent to another each year, in full comfort and security, crossing all kind of weather.
Sailing usually between 8 to 12 knts, sometime over 15knt and from 3 to 6 in very light wind. It often happen we sailed faster than the wind.
It is a perfect boat to carry out all kind of humanitatian, off grid, charter project ...
Can sleep up to 12 people, and we happened to be 8 crossing Atlantic and barely see each other. It is a real floating tribal village. It has a wide range of opportunity and is barely limited.
In the mean time she is easy to handle with low crew. Most of our last crossing were done only 2 of us.
I have maintained her with care and love for the last 12 years, plugged over 25 seacock holes, and painted the hull in 2018 with 7 layer of CopperCoat, on a major refit yard in Thailand.
I have get rid of all weak points and fine-tuned and improve most of her sailing abilities.
She is very easy to maintain and it can be done anywhere in the world.
If you are looking for a simple fast and safe ocean cruising ship this is Moana.
Plus, she is a real beauty, and wherever we went people were stunned and very sympathetical: “Are you the crew of the beautiful boat?”
This is a rare and unique ship.
She is right now in Majuro, Marshall Islands.
Wonderfull sailing ground. Perfect situation to sail in any direction, Either West to S-E Asia, East to Hawaï and the US, or South to Pacific islands, Kibati, Fiji and New-Zealand.
