From the owner:
General Description - I am the owner and builder of the gaff–rigged sailing catamaran, by James Wharram and his design team. The luxury of this boat design is her open deck spaces .She is very stable & sea- worthy and simple to sail. We spent 5 years sailing and living on her and are sad to let go. I had spend 4 years building her with tender loving care and I can assured her new owner, of her sound construction. She has sailed mostly in Malaysia ,Singapore and Thailand. She had almost 10,000 nm under her keels since launched in 2006.
She is build with the best marine ply available here along with West System and Kossan Epoxy Resin. All yummy stuff !!!!!
Her slated deck, Cenghi Mas hardwood ( Meaning Gold Cenghi – in Malay ) This wood is used for traditional Malay boat .This wood loves salt water. Trowingsalt water & scrubbing it once in awhile , preserve the wood well.
She had her antifouling done in January 2010, which usually lasted 2 to 3 years.

Inventory:

Rig & rigging:
The two wooden mast are made from laminated Meranti wood.
StrongChengi Mas hardwood for the Maststep.

Sails:
Her 3 sails– Main,Fore and staysail are make by Rolly Tasker in Phuket,Thailand .
Total sail area – 91 m2

Engines:
2 x Yamaha9.9 High Trust 4 stroke is 7 years old now and had been recently overhaul and is in good running condition.

Electrical
2 x maintenance free car batteries as starter batteries
4 x 6 volts 110 AH –Trojan Deep cycles batteries.
1x 100 watt – ICP solar Panel
1x 25A – NC 25A Flexcharge controller - New
Batteries charger for both 12 volt / 24 volt batteries
Mitsubishi 6 hp – petrol generator
Inverter- 12 volt to 220 volt

Ground tackle/warps:
1x 22 kg. CQR anchor
1 x 22 kg sand anchor / 5 m .s/steel. 10 mm chain + 60 m rope
1 x 25 kg Rocna anchor / 3 m s/steel, 10 mm chain + 60 m rope
All by hand.

Safety gear:
i- com -VHF radio .
10 life Vest

Galley/plumbing etc:
Big enough for 2 cooks , w/ 6 ft 2 in head clearance
A double burner gas cooker
Double washbasin – footpump and electric
3 filters installed , can drink water directly from tap.
3 water tanks = 620 litre fresh water.

Toilet/washing:
1 x Lavac toilet – manual type w/ seacook
Footpump for shower / washbasin
Sump / auto pump in shower room.
A long drop toilet from centre deck.
25 litres holding tank – not being use at all.

Dinghy:
A 12 foot aluminum w/ 6 hp suzuki 4 stroke – 2 small anchor

Misc:
3 x F2 Fender
