| From
the owner:
She underwent extensive refit after I bought here
(Greece). The topsides and interior where painted with Awl Grip. The windows
were all replaced. All woodwork had a makeover. She now features a stainless
steel sink with running water (30 ltr water tank), a marine toilet with 33
ltr
holding tank, miniature fixed galley, 2 electric bilge pumps on float
switches, waterproof electric switch board in the cockpit, sound system with
speakers in the pod, new professionally made mattresses and a
water-resistant chart plotter. All electric lines where replaced and
installed by a professional marine electrician. This is an Imagine Multihulls GRP Tiki 26 built in 1990. In previous ownership it has crossed Biscay and sailed to the Cape Verde Islands. The cockpit has been modified to improve clearance and a ply / epoxy pod added. The Aluminium keel strips were replaced in 2004 with stainless steel on an epoxy bed. The bow and stern nets have been replaced with blue cod end netting. The beams were removed checked and all lashings and cleats replaced. |
