Tangaroa 34' for sale (ref 1188) in MED

  Build:
Tangaroa MK1, launched in 1976 - Scotland. British registered. Lying Turkey currently (Airport close by), sailed from Spain 2008.
Many thousands of Mediterranean sea miles under her keels.
The boat is in excellent condition and ready to go anywhere - now!. It is not a project.

Hulls/Decks
Well-built, 9mm Israeli ply (no rot/delamination) hulls, sheathed in woven glass cloth and International Epoxy Resin Composition.
Beam are Douglas Fir, classed "clear or better", stringers
Decking of Keruing. She is Silicon Bronze fastened.
(The Marine Surveyor/builder commented recently "I built her to last and this does seem to have paid off").

Rig & rigging:
Ketch rig, timber masts, glass sheathed
Laced luffs for Main and Mizzen
All stainless standing rigging - 8&6mm - new 2008

Sails:
9 sails, (Jibs/Mains/Spinnaker) - all good condition. New mizzen.

Engine:
1 Yamaha 9.9hp, high thrust petrol, long leg, mounted mid-ship, economic (1.5ltr/hour +)
Transom-hung - 3 positions (up, out of water, stowed for passage), easily deployed from deck
1 x 14ltr feeder tank (25 Nmiles +), 4 other jerry cans, 70 ltr capacity (150nmile +)

Electrical/Navigation:
2 x deep cycle gel batteries, 1 x 110a/h house, 1 x 60 a/h reserve, battery switch
1 x 1500 watt inverter (for charging electronic devises, or operating 230v devices
