Build:
Tangaroa MK1, launched in 1976 - Scotland. British registered. Lying
Turkey currently (Airport close by), sailed from Spain 2008.
Many thousands of Mediterranean sea miles under her keels.
The boat is in excellent condition and ready to go anywhere - now!. It is

Well-built, 9mm Israeli ply (no rot/delamination) hulls, sheathed in woven
glass cloth and International Epoxy Resin Composition.
Beam are Douglas Fir, classed "clear or better", stringers
Decking of Keruing. She is Silicon Bronze fastened.
(The Marine Surveyor/builder commented recently "I built her to last and
this does seem to have paid off").
