General description: Magnum 21 Trimaran 2003 Very fast but safe family boat virtually uncapsizable reefing above F5 if anxious very stable takes 4 adults comfortably . Is trailable as floats easily dismantled.

g.. Existing mainsail modified (sailmaker) by shortening the leech by 6 inches so that the boom is higher to allow more head clearance when tacking -does not seem to affect performance!
h.. Cleats fitted aft on hull for gennaker sheets-save having to hold them all the time.
i.. New genneker furling system with continuous sheet as supplied by VirusBoats. Allows easier furling in all wind strengths.
j.. Also replaced genneker rope forestay with steel. Rolls up better.
k.. Forestay and block system (3 to 1) to allow tensioning of foresail - better windward performance.
l.. Depth/log
m.. Topping lift
n.. Reefing system+blocks and clew outhaul tensioner all led to mast.
